Many users of Redmi Note 13 and Note 12s reported about the problem of slow charging in the phone. The users were taking more time than expected to charge the Redmi phone. Taking cognizance of this problem, Xiaomi has promised to fix it soon. Also, a mistake for the problem in the phone is also considered. According to the report, these smartphones are seeing the problem of slow charging after the update of Hyperos 2 based on Android 15.

Slow charging problem

Many users have experienced slow charging after update to Redmi’s phone. Users told through social media and support page that after the update, the phone is taking a long time to get 100% i.e. full charge. The charging status of the phone was not reaching 100%. Xiaomi has shared a weekly bug report on this problem and has said to fix it soon.

In its bug report, Xiaomi said that this problem has been seen in the Global, Indonesia and Taiwan variants of Redmi Note 13. The company said that this problem will be overcome with OTA updates. However, the company has not given any timeline for this. This phone of Redmi comes with a 33W past charging feature. At the same time, the problem of slow charging speed has also been seen in Redmi Note 12s after the firmware update. This phone also comes with 33W fast charging feature.

Along with charging, Xiaomi has also reported the problem of Bluetooth connectivity in some of its devices. Redmi has also mentioned this in its Weekly Bug Report. This problem of Bluetooth connectivity has been seen in Redmi’s Note 13 Pro+ 5G. At the same time, many users of Xiaomi 15 Ultra have also complained about connectivity.
