Relief received after TRAI’s instructions

In fact, some time ago, telecom companies were instructed by TRAI to show the network coverage. These instructions of TRAI have been implemented from 1 October 2024 under the revised Quality of Service (QOS) rules. Since this instruction, Jio, Airtel and VI gave the facility to customers. The only objective of this instruction of TRAI was to provide the facility to millions of users to choose the good network found in their fields.

Where to get network coverage map

1. This service of millions of users network coverage of Airtel is available in the ‘Check Coverage’ section of Airtel app (airtel.in/wirelesscoverge/).
2. Jio’s 46 crore users can check the information about network coverage in the ‘Coverage Map’ section of the app. (jio.com/selfcare/coverage-map/).
3. VI (Vodafone Idea) Users will also get this information in ‘Network Coverage’ section (myvi.in/vicoverage).
4. If you are using BSNL SIM, then let us know that at present, this facility is not available with BSNL. This facility is not available in BSNL at present.
