Pichai told in her X post that a new camera or screen share feature has been added to Gemini. Users can ask Gemini anything by pointing their camera or sharing the screen. This feature has started getting this feature Google Pixel 9 and Samsung Galaxy S25 series Gemini Advanced users. Google announced its feature in Google I/O 2024 held last year. This is a feature of Google’s Project Astra.
How to use?
Users using Google Pixel 9 and Samsung Galaxy S25 series will be able to use this feature. For this, users have to download the latest updates in their smartphone. To use this feature, users must have a subscription of Gemini Advanced.
After updating the phone, users select the screen share option given in the Gemini app to share the screen of their phone. After this, the screen of your phone will access Google Gemini. Then whatever things you show on the screen, the Gemini app will give you information about those things.
A video has been shared from the official X handle of the Google Gemini app, which is shown to be using this new feature. Using this feature, the answer to the mathematics question seen in the screen of the phone can be obtained through Gemini.
