Waaree Renewable Technologies reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹774.78 crore in the second quarter of fiscal year 2026, marking a 47.73 per cent year-on-year growth on Friday after trading hours. The company’s profit after tax surged 117.40 per cent to ₹116.34 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.

The solar EPC company’s EBITDA stood at ₹157.94 crore, registering a 120.69 per cent increase, compared to the same period last year. For the first half of FY26, the company recorded revenue of ₹1,377.97 crore, up 81.12 per cent year-on-year, with PAT rising 148.21 per cent to ₹202.73 crore.

The company maintains an unexecuted order book of 3.48 GWp, scheduled for completion over the next 12-15 months. Its bidding pipeline stands at over 27 GWp. Recent order wins include a 1,218 MWp ground-mounted solar power project and a 29.4 MWp project.

The board has approved capital expenditure for setting up independent power producer solar plants totaling 65.5 MWp across Maharashtra and Rajasthan. The company is expanding into battery energy storage systems and data centres, alongside its core solar EPC business.

CFO Manmohan Sharma attributed the growth to execution capabilities and favourable sector dynamics. India’s total renewable energy capacity reached 256.1 GW as of September 2025, with solar accounting for 127.33 GW. Waaree Renewable Technologies is a subsidiary of Waaree Energies.

Shares of Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd ended on the NSE on Friday at ₹1,128, up by ₹17.50 or 1.58 per cent.
